The following may not be a recommender: - A member of the HR team
- A manager recommending a candidate for their immediate subordinate position, as well as for the subordinate positions of their employees

Candidate

Candidate cannot be: 
A former employee of KAO Azot who has received negative performance feedback. 
- A candidate who is or has been a KAO Azot scholarship recipient/intern.

- The referrer completed a questionnaire indicating the candidate's full name, phone number, and proposed position.
- The candidate is willing to consider the vacancy for which they were recommended, as well as other vacancies.
- The candidate passed the selection stages and was employed at KAO Azot within three months of receiving the recommendation under the referral program.
- The candidate completed a three-month probationary period.

For KAO Azot employees, remuneration is paid in the month following the end of the probationary period, along with their salary*.

For referees not currently employed by KAO Azot, remuneration is paid in the month following the end of the probationary period or at the beginning of the following month (within 5 business days, starting from the 26th of the month*).

*If the candidate is hired between the 25th and 31st of the month, payment will be made with a one-month delay.
