Description

To create favorable conditions for the development of educational activities in secondary vocational and higher education, as well as to ensure the sustainability and continuity of systematic efforts to train highly qualified personnel, KAO Azot is implementing a targeted training program.


Program participants: students in secondary vocational and higher education, beginning in their first year of study.


Features and benefits of the Targeted Training Program:


1. Individual mentor. Each program participant is assigned a personal mentor who immerses the student in the work process while solving production problems, thereby integrating them into the company's operations and accelerating their adaptation to the team.


2. Financial incentives for students. Each student signs an agreement providing a monthly stipend of 5,000 to 10,000 rubles.


3. Guaranteed internship placement and subsequent employment at the company.


During all internships at the company, the student performs specific tasks under the guidance of an experienced mentor.


Upon completion of their training, the targeted student begins working at the company. Thanks to the targeted training program, they are already acclimated to the company and familiar with the technological processes, the workplace, and their job responsibilities.


After employment, young out-of-town employees may receive housing reimbursement in Kemerovo (10,000 rubles per month).
