The modular plant, designed and manufactured by Zhuhai Gongtong Low Carbon Technology (China), will be the most powerful beyond the Urals. The resulting liquid carbon dioxide will have a purity of over 99.95% and meet ISBT food standards. The project is being implemented by subsidiaries GRAS LLC and Azot-2 LLC, residents of the Kuzbass SEZ.
